FANUC 3Li-MA system us adopted for 7 Axis controlled high automatic machining. B. C. X and Z axis is simultaneously controlled for dram gear and bevel gear cutting.
Full enclosure and optional oil mist filter keeps a clean working environment.
Coolant and chip conveyer is arranged in the middle of the high rigidity casting bed enables a smooth let-out flow.
All linear ball guide-ways and ball screws are of high precision and international well-known products.
Double-row hollow taper roller precision bearings are used in front of workpiece spindle. Which ensures a high precision, high rigidity and vibration-absorbing cutting condition. 500 rpm workpiece spindle speed enables a high speed cutting for most types of gears, especially for those with less teeth.
The tailstock is driven by servomotor and the center is by hydraulic, which gives an easy loading and adjusting.
5, 000rpm hob spindle speed is another element for high speed cutting. The hob is easy to change and quick load/unload is ensured.
Automatic lubrication is equipped for the machine.
Tool auto-checking instrument is an optional for second cutting requirements such as after heat treatment. Deburring device is available as an optional for specific workpiece/
